Prerequisites

Dear Carrier, Comprovei is a platform for managing deliveries and collections and its mission is to provide its shipper customers with reliable, real-time information on deliveries and collections. It cannot be confused with a system that only records deliveries. The main benefits of using our platform are obtained thanks to the notes made in the field by drivers, through our application. This information is validated regarding the origin, location and time of the notes, which guarantees the veracity of this information. Our platform allows integration with similar systems, through web services, as long as they strictly comply with the criteria below:

1- Enter the route to be taken by a vehicle, identified by the driver (CPF and name), vehicle (Plate), date of the route and list of notes to be delivered;
2- Enter the date, time and coordinates of the start of the route;
3- Enter the date, time and coordinates of arrival at the delivery location;
4- Enter the code of the delivery or non-delivery occurrence in the pattern that is registered on the Comprovei platform. We do not detect occurrences with other systems;
5- Enter the URL of the proof of delivery, duly validated;
6- Enter the date, time and coordinates of the end of the route;
7- Total flexibility and knowledge that our integrations constantly evolve, requiring constant maintenance of the integrations developed. If the integration is carried out by a third party, this may involve extra third party costs.

Important

Only reports of incidents from the same day of submission will be accepted. Notes with different sending dates and occurrences will be rejected.
